On Saturday 30 November 2024, for the Day of the Unknown Soldier, activists of the International Immortal Regiment in Austria, together with members of an Austrian motorcycle club, laid flowers at two Soviet war graves, in Klosterneuburg and Neulengbach.
The participants spoke about how important it is to preserve the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for the liberation of Europe.

Neulengbach: 438 unknown
The war grave in Neulengbach drew particular attention. 506 Red Army soldiers rest here. The names of most of them — 438 people — remain unknown.
The memorial is in poor condition and needs considerable restoration work.

Memory must live on
The International Immortal Regiment Austria continues its work to commemorate the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and invites everyone who cares to join in.
