We checked more than 18 Soviet war graves in Austria, and almost all of them are well kept. The exception was Hinterbrühl, just outside Vienna. On 11 April 2026, for the Day of the Liberation of Vienna, we put it in order and laid a wreath at the monument on the site of the concentration camp.

On the eve of the Day of the Unknown Soldier, we visited three forgotten Soviet war graves near Vienna, in Ober-Waltersdorf, Achau and Laxenburg. We tidied them up, cleared away the ivy and laid wreaths.
